Find an aesthetic clinic you can actually check

National Aesthetics lists UK clinics whose practitioners hold current registration with a statutory healthcare regulator. We check the register before a listing goes live, and we publish what we checked and when.

What this directory is

A directory is only useful if its listings mean something specific. Ours mean that at the time of checking, the named practitioners were registered, the prescribing arrangements were stated, insurance was in place and a written complications policy existed. That is a narrow claim, and it is the kind a directory can stand behind.

How verification works

The same five steps for every clinic, applied before anything is published. The full method is on our verification page.

1

Apply

The clinic supplies practitioner names and registration numbers, prescriber details, insurance and a complications policy.

2

Check the register

We search the GMC, NMC, GDC or GPhC register directly. Certificates are not accepted in place of a register entry.

3

Check the clinic

Clinic-level registration with the regulator for that UK nation, where it applies, plus current indemnity cover.

4

Publish

The listing shows which practitioners were verified, in what category, and the date of the check.

5

Recheck

Registrations are rechecked periodically. A listing that fails is suspended until the position is resolved.

Verification is not for sale. Paying for a listing does not influence whether a clinic passes, and it has no effect on anything written in our treatment guides or city pages. A clinic that fails is refunded and not listed.

Browse by treatment

Each guide covers what the treatment does, observed UK price ranges for 2026, how to choose a provider and what to verify before booking.

Browse by city

Local market context and the regulator that applies there, because clinic regulation differs between England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Where the directory is today

Verified listings are onboarding. We are opening cities one at a time rather than launching with a list of clinics we have not checked, which is the point at which most directories quietly compromise. Until a city has verified listings, its page carries the market and regulator information and an open invitation to clinics that meet the standard.

That means you will find empty listing sections on this site right now. We would rather show you an empty space than a name we cannot stand behind. Everything else on the site, the price ranges, the regulator explanations and the questions to ask, is useful whether or not you ever use a listed clinic.
