Clinic listings
To apply for a verified listing, start on the list your clinic page and leave your email. We will send the verification pack setting out what to supply.
Existing listed clinics reporting a change of practitioner, premises or registration status should write to verify@nationalaesthetics.co.uk so we can recheck.
Concerns about a listed clinic
Write to verify@nationalaesthetics.co.uk with the clinic name and what you have observed. We recheck the registers and suspend the listing while we do. Concerns about a practitioner's fitness to practise should also go to the relevant regulator, which has powers a directory does not.
Corrections
Send the page address and the specific claim you believe is wrong to editorial@nationalaesthetics.co.uk. We look at corrections the same week, and we note the change on the page with the date.
General and press
Everything else: hello@nationalaesthetics.co.uk. We are a small team and we do not use a call centre, so email reaches us faster than anything else.
What we cannot help with
We cannot advise on whether a treatment is suitable for you, interpret a complication, or intervene in a dispute with a clinic. If you are unwell after a treatment, contact the treating clinic, your GP, or NHS 111, and in an emergency call 999.
