If you applied for a listing, we will send the verification pack, which sets out the registration details, insurance evidence and complications policy we need, and how long assessment takes. Nothing is published until the checks are complete.
If you asked to hear when your city opens, we will email you once verified listings go live there and not before. We do not sell or share email addresses, and every email we send can be unsubscribed from.
